All boards use the CC2340R53 microcontroller from Texas Instruments.. The boards are designed for maximum compatibility with the TI ecosystem and the SimpleLink Low Power F3 SDK.. Compared with a conventional LaunchPad, the aesiot boards offer several radio module variants, different antenna and I/O configurations, and a direct connection to production-oriented hardware. Pre-certified radio modules with an integrated microcontroller and antenna are used.
